Mona Mitchell - President & CEO

Mona Mitchell brings to ACHIEVEBLUE™ over 30 years of experience in facilitation, executive coaching, leadership development and business development. As the founding partner and President & CEO of ACHIEVEBLUE™, a boutique consultancy focused on leadership, coaching, cultural and organizational transformation, Mona’s passion is working with executive teams to create high performing environments that allow employees to thrive and excel.

It is through this work that Mona has released her first book "7 Elements of Strategy Execution", an Amazon Bestseller.  

Prior to founding ACHIEVEBLUE™ Corporation, Mona was Executive Vice President IPS (a Stanford University Partner) responsible for Global Business Development.  Her tenure with CDI Education contributed to the sustainable growth of the business, building CDI into one of North Americas leading organizations with clients globally.   Mona has facilitated strategy and leadership development programs with many industries and sectors.  She has worked with senior leadership teams at MedData, Town Shoes, Sodexo, NEI Investment, Softchoice, Ministry of Attorney General, Children’s Aid Society, OPG and Veranova.  Mona’s current and past executive coaching experience is with executives in both the corporate and nonprofit sector. 

Currently Mona is the Chair of White Ribbon and previously held the Vice-Chair of the National Board and Chair of  the Governance and Board Development Committee.of Big Brothers and Big Sisters Canada. 

Mona has been a presenter at many conferences including HRPA and Federated Press’s M&A Conference.  Mona has also presented and facilitated leadership conferences with Softchoice, RBC, BMO and Alcon Canada.  She has authored many articles on Leadership and Culture.  

Tory Salisbury - Senior Facilitator

Tory Salisbury has over 20 year’s professional experience in leadership development, project and process management as a Consultant, Coach, Facilitator and Project Manager. Her work has taken her across Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. with clients in the banking, insurance, aviation, engineering, mining, pharmaceutical, I.T., manufacturing, telecommunications, utilities,       transportation, government and educational sectors.

Tory has worked with organizations on their project management maturity, from evaluation of capability to design and set up of Project Management Offices (PMO). She has provided coaching to employees as they transition from a technical role to one of Project Manager. She is skilled at business process mapping and has conducted sessions to help organizations streamline their business processes. She also conducts strategic planning sessions for Boards of Directors and not for profit organizations.

As an award winning Facilitator, Tory delivers a variety of project management, communication and leadership courses/workshops for corporate and academic clients using instructor-led, virtual and on-line platforms. Her background also includes instructional systems design, customized training solutions and developing core competency models for Project Managers. She has also designed on-line leadership & communication courses, as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) tutorials.

Tory has been a guest speaker at conferences and corporate events and is a contributing author to The Keys to our Success, compiled by David Barrett and Kathi Soniat  (2020). Tory is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
