Prior to founding ACHIEVEBLUE Corporation, Mona was Executive Vice President, Sales and Account Management with CDI Education and used her passion for excellence and sustainable growth to help build the business into one of North Americas leading organizations with clients globally.  As part of this growth, Mona was responsible for corporate development, sales, product development, and the company’s M&A strategy. ona Mitchell brings to ACHIEVEBLUE over 25 years of experience in sales, corporate development and leadership roles. As a founding partner and CEO of ACHIEVEBLUE™, a boutique consultancy focused on leadership, cultural and organizational transformation, Mona’s passion is working with executive teams to create high performing environments (not just cultures) that allow employees to thrive and excel. 

Her experience spans many industries and sectors including working with executive teams at Acklands Grainger, Lumeris and Essence Health, Town Shoes, Sodexo, NEI Investment, Softchoice, Ministry of Attorney General, Edwards Lifesciences, Toshiba, Children’s Aid Society in the areas of Leadership Development, Culture Transformation, Sales and Service Culture Strategy development. 

Mona is an valued executive coach for a number of executives both in the corporate sector and the nonprofit sector.

Mona currently is the Vice-Chair of the National Board of Big Brothers and Big Sisters Canada and she also chairs the Governance and Board Development Committee.

Mona has been a presenter at many conferences including HRPA and Federated Press’s M&A Conference.  Mona has also presented and facilitated leadership conferences with Softchoice, RBC, BMO and Alcon Canada.

She has authored many articles on Leadership Alignment and Culture and is currently working on her first book on Leadership and Culture scheduled to be published in summer 2017

 

 Co-founder Jason Questor has close to 30 years professional experience in business and information technology management, program, project and product management, marketing communications and learning systems development and delivery. As Managing Partner Programs and Practices, Jason provides business transformation consulting with client management and staff personnel to align organizational culture with strategy, codify business rules and improve business practices. As a management coach and mentor, Jason works to leverage the interpersonal effectiveness, professional and technical skills of organizational leaders to create inspired teams and market leading products and services. Jason leads the learning systems development and marketing communications teams at ACHIEVEBLUE™ and provides pre and post sales consultation for key accounts.

Jason has developed and delivered leadership, management, project management, business analysis, IT and professional skills training programs for global clients including Algonquin Power / Liberty Utilities, AT&T, Bell, Boeing Integrated Defense Systems, Cisco Systems, Deloitte, Hatch, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Nationwide Insurance, Rogers Communications, RBC Royal Bank, Shoppers Drug Mart, TELUS and Wardrop Engineering. His work with government agencies includes the Canada Revenue Agency, Cancer Care Ontario, the BC Ministry of Government Services, the US Mint, The US Navy Air Command, the US Army Corps of Engineers and The US Department of Energy - Los Alamos Research Laboratory.

Jason is founding President of the Toronto Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis, and served as Editor and Contributor for the Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge. Jason led the team for the development of the Enterprise Business Analysis Guide for the IIBA and continues as Team Lead for special projects with the organization.. Jason holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph.


Lynda Keating is a senior HR leader with extensive experience in Organizational Development and Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Learning Systems, Recruitment Strategy and International Consulting. Her experience has been gained in the retail, financial, manufacturing and telecommunications sectors with additional consulting experience in pharmaceuticals, mining and government. Over the past 5 years, Lynda has worked with clients around the world in 15 different countries including China, India, Korea, Malaysia, Australia, France, Ireland, Mexico and Germany.

Lynda has held Vice Presidential roles in two of Canada’s preeminent financial institutions, CIBC and Fidelity Investments, where she led multidisciplinary teams of professionals across Canada and North America. Her focus was the development and retention of key talent, working with senior leaders to translate strategy into practical and effective solutions. She has also held talent strategy roles in Bell Canada, Bank of Montreal and CIBC. As a consultant for ACHIEVEBLUE, Lynda has designed organizational effectiveness solutions for many Canadian and international clients.

Lynda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto.

 Gordon MacDonald
Gord MacDonald brings to ACHIEVEBLUE™ years of expertise in executive-level HR expertise. He is a human resources leader who thrives in partnering with growth-oriented, innovative organizations that believe in, support and develop its people. Gord has worked in various senior level HR roles for some highly successful organizations including, Genworth Canada, LoyaltyOne, American Express and HRG Canada.

Gord’s value-add to our clients includes his diverse business and industry experience, coupled with his understanding of human capital practices. His signature strength  is his ability to develop and implement human capital strategies in support of business issues. He has in-depth experience across: Human Capital Strategy: Building Talent and Strong Teams: Building Strong Corporate Cultures: Employee Engagement: Leading Change: Employee Communications: and Delivering Tangible Results.

Gord has a Bachelor of Administration from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec and holds SRHR and GPHR designations. Gord also sits on the Advisory and Honorary Partners Committee for Special Olympics Toronto. He is a member of the Strategic Capability Network.
