The reality is, however, that many technically competent managers do not necessarily possess strength or confidence in these important career and managerial skill sets. This stands in the way of their (and your organization’s) ability to successfully engage with and lead their teams towards high performance. While processes are often black and white, the relationship arena in which managers are required to achieve results is not quite as predictable; a different skills set is required.
The ACHIEVEBLUE Manager program enables participants to explore how they can model the changes they wish to see within their teams and organizations and discover alternative ways to position themselves as visible, credible and impactful managers who earn the commitment of their teams and stakeholders. In the battle to attract and retain top performing talent, it is the manager’s ability to manage the employee’s relationship with the organization that will enable success.

This intervention will provide managers with the portable skills and confidence to:
